Piedmont Atlanta Hospital offers a 12-month RN Residency program beginning November 2026, designed to transition new graduates to professional nurses through education, mentorship, and blended learning experiences. The program includes precepted orientation within Acute Care specialties such as Post-Surgical/GI, Neurology, Orthopedics, Renal, Oncology & General Medical.

Qualifications

• Leadership, communication, and judgment required for nursing roles.
• Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license and BLS CPR certification required; BSN preferred.
