Job summary

Complete Care at Voorhees is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead and support the nursing team and deliver high-quality resident care.

The role requires an RN license in New Jersey, an nursing degree, and supervisory experience; schedule is 7pm-7am with every other weekend. Comprehensive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN License.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Utilize effective communication and critical thinking skills to support quality care and team collaboration
• Demonstrate strong teamwork while supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional resident care
• Maintain a positive attitude and remain composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
