Job summary

Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead a dedicated clinical team and uphold high standards of resident well-being.

You will oversee clinical care, support your nursing team, and ensure compliance with guidelines while fostering a compassionate, empowering work environment. The role offers full-time hours on a 3-11 shift with every other weekend, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• 2+ years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitor medication distribution and other patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff comply with local, state, and federal guidelines; perform duties under the direction of the ADN/DON or Administrator.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
