Job summary

Complete Care at Wall is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team, with full-time 11-7a or part-time, weekend options across 7-3p, 3-11p, or 11-7a.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has nursing education, and can supervise staff, conduct rounds, educate residents and families, and ensure regulatory compliance. We offer a path for career advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.
• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
