Job summary

Complete Care at Ocean Grove is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on the 11-7a shift. You will mentor staff and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, an associate or BSN, and 2+ years in long-term care is preferred but not required. A LPN may be considered. Excellent benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
• LPN may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff are performing duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered
