Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in Long Branch, New Jersey, is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a collaborative environment. The position offers both full-time and part-time schedules with options for a shift from 3 PM to 11 PM or every other weekend. Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 year of long‑term or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
