Job summary

Complete Care at Monmouth is seeking an RN Supervisor in New Jersey for a full-time 3-11p shift or part-time on weekends with options 7-3p, 3-11p, or 11-7a. The role includes supervising nursing staff, performing rounds, and providing education to staff, residents, and families.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
