Complete Care at Bayshore in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3p–11p shift. If you’re an experienced RN with leadership skills, this is a rewarding opportunity to guide a nursing team and ensure high-quality care for residents.
You will supervise staff, monitor medication administration, conduct rounds, and collaborate with the leadership team to maintain compliance and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift.
- Monitor medication administration and other resident care activities.
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift.
- Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will lead and support the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a difference in a long-term care setting.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required

- Monitor medication administration, blood draws, and other aspects of resident care
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift
- Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families
- Ensure nursing staff follow local, state, and federal regulations
- Work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator
- Other duties as assigned
