Job summary

Complete Care at Brick is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our clinical team on weekends in Brick, NJ. You will oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, supervise medication distribution, and ensure residents receive high-quality care.

Candidates should have an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a New Jersey RN license; 1 year of long-term care is preferred. PCC experience is a plus; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring medication distribution and patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff perform duties in compliance with guidelines.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
