BayCare Health System seeks an RN for Cardiac care at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. The RN will work on a cardiac PCU unit for congestive heart failure patients, providing patient-centered nursing care.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; RN license; BLS required with ACLS/NIHSS/PCCN preferred. Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM; Full Time, non-exempt.

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Cardiac team at St. Joseph’s Hospital. The RN Responsibilities Include

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
• RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
• ACLS, NIHSS, and PCCN Certification is preferred

Education

• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
• Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• 6 months of RN experience is required.
