Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room Pool at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, FL. This pool position features variable shifts and on-call duties, with opportunities to work across OR teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 18 months of RN experience, with 1 year in the operating room preferred. BLS certification is required, ACLS as needed by the department.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 18 months of acute care or specialty experience.
• Operating Room experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS as per department.

Responsibilities

• Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards

Am minimum of 18-months RN experience is required for this role. For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Operating Room.
