Job summary

BayCare is seeking an RN for the Operating Room Pool. The role supports multiple OR formats (including CVOR, CVICU, and Cath Lab) with varied shifts to meet patient care needs.

Qualified candidates should have an RN license with BLS, ACLS if required by department, and at least 18 months of acute care or OR experience. This position is based at BayCare facilities in the Tampa Bay area, with pool assignment across departments.

Summary:

The Department Pool RN responsibilities include:

• Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• Responsible for professional accountability and development
• Position fills needs within the OR, CVOR, CVICU and Cath Lab departments

For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Operating Room
