Job summary

BayCare in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Cardiovascular Operating Room RN for day shifts. The role involves independently caring for a sub-specialty patient group, delegating tasks, and upholding professional standards. Preceptor and charge nurse duties may apply.

Minimum 2 years RN experience with OR exposure is required; CVOR experience preferred. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, a full-time schedule, and on-site work at Winter Haven Hospital.

• RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization.
