Job summary

Complete Care - Connecticut is hiring an RN Registered Nurse to provide direct care in Windsor, CT at Kimberly Hall North.

You will administer medications, lead care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, document progress, and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care. A CT RN license and ability to pass checks are required. We offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and to those needing long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: conduct health assessments, track changes and analyze data
• Care Planning: create, update, and execute individualized care plans
• Collaboration: strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers and others
• Family & Resident Education: explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress and interactions
• Team Oversight: oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care and teamwork

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as an RN (Registered Nurse)
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check and physical evaluation
• Professionally and clinically skilled with leadership qualities
