Complete Care is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for direct care roles on 3rd shift and weekends. Opportunities for growth and PRN with experience are available. Eligible candidates must be licensed and able to pass background and health screenings.

We provide skilled nursing care to recently discharged patients, those needing therapy, and long‑term residents, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed to practice as an RN in the state.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and references, plus a physical evaluation.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
