Complete Care Management LLC is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for direct care in Towson, MD. Full and part-time positions are available with PRN options for experienced RNs.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, assess residents, plan care, collaborate with the care team, educate families, document health status, and supervise licensed practical nurses and aides. The role emphasizes growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay options.

Competenze

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical.
• Demonstrates professional and clinical leadership qualities.

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
