Qualifications

• Must be licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and physical evaluation.
• Strong clinical skills and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Perform wound care/prevention and manage pain.
• Conduct health assessments and track changes.
• Create and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and others.
• Educate families and residents on health status and care.
• Keep detailed records of health status and care.
• Oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs for quality care.

RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care)

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

Pay & Incentives

• $7,500 FT & $3,750 PT Sign On Bonus
• Premium Pay Rates!
• Baylor Program: Work 32hrs 3pm-7am (2-16hr shifts, every weekend Saturday/Sunday) GET PAID for 40HRS + Benefits!

What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
