Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to individuals discharged from the hospital requiring therapy or long-term assistance in Baltimore, MD. The RN will administer medications, conduct health assessments, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: create, update & execute individualized care plans
• Collaboration: strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: explain health status, changes & expectations for care
• Documentation: keep detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: oversee & delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care & teamwork

Qualifications

• Licensed as an RN in Maryland
• Passed background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professionally & clinically skilled with leadership qualities
