Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic is hiring a Registered Nurse for Maryland-based direct care and long-term therapy residents. The Baylor program runs 32 hours 3pm–7am with 2x16-hour weekend shifts; employees are paid for 40 hours and receive benefits.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, assess health, build care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, document care, and supervise LPNs/CNAs to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and references.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Provide wound care, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate families and residents on health status and care expectations.
• Document health status, care provided, and progress.
• Oversee LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
