Qualifications

• Licensed to work as an RN in Maryland.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references and physical evaluation.
• Strong clinical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Perform wound care, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes.
• Create and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families on health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health and care documentation.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
