Job summary

Complete Care Management is hiring an RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) in Baltimore, MD to deliver skilled nursing care for residents recently discharged or in long-term care. You’ll administer medications, monitor health, and support individualized care plans with the care team.

We offer a $9,000 FT sign-on bonus, $4,500 PT sign-on bonus, shift differential and premium wages, full & part-time roles, PRN with experience, plus benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
