Job summary

Complete Care Corsica Hills is seeking an LPN to provide direct care for residents, including medications, wound care, and health monitoring. The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules with flexible options.

The program offers a sign-on bonus and premium pay, plus daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package. The LPN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, educate residents and families, and maintain meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• MD LPN license is required.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injections).
• Provide wound care and dressing changes.
• Monitor health status and track changes in patient condition.
• Provide catheter/ostomy care and specimen collection.
• Assist in care planning and execute individualized plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health records and document interactions.
• Oversee CNA staff to ensure quality care and teamwork.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:
