RN Registered Nurse – Full/Part Time & PRN

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and those requiring long‑term care.

Position Types: Full & Part Time Positions Available; PRN Available with Experience.

Sign‑On Bonuses: $9,000 for Full Time, $4,500 for Part Time. Shift Differential & Weekend Differential Rates. Premium Wages.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes, analyze data.
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care plans.
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions.
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care and teamwork.
