Job summary

Complete Care offers an RN Registered Nurse position (Direct Care) on a Full Time Night Shift at an agency-free facility in Maryland. We provide skilled nursing to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy and to those needing long-term care.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others. We support a healthy work-life balance with benefits, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care/teamwork
