Job summary

Complete Care Management is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for direct care in Maryland. Full-time and part-time openings with shift differentials for 3p-11p and weekend shifts. Referral bonuses of $1,000 for FT and $500 for PT are offered.

We provide skilled nursing care for short-term and long-term residents. Perks include tuition reimbursement of $5k/year, daily pay options, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
