Complete Care at Multi Medical Center in Towson is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for direct care. We provide skilled nursing for recently discharged patients and those needing long-term care.

Full and Part Time positions are available, with PRN options for experienced nurses. You will administer medications, perform wound care, assess residents, develop and follow care plans, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work as an RN in Maryland.
• Pass background check, drug screen, references and physical.
• Strong clinical skills with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications including IV, oral and injections.
• Perform wound care, manage pain and apply dressings.
• Assess health, monitor changes and analyze data.
• Create and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and social workers.
• Educate families and residents about health status and care.
• Document health status and care accurately.
• Oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
