Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Regional Float Pool in the St. Louis region, crossing Mercy Southeast and surrounding communities.

This full-time Night shift role offers diverse assignments across Med/Surg, Tele, SD, ICU, and more within a regional footprint. Applicant must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold a current RN license, and have 1–2 years bedside experience; Epic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license, current and in good standing in hiring state.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across multiple Mercy facilities within regional footprint.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
