Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool in the St. Louis region is hiring experienced RNs for night shifts across multiple Mercy facilities. You’ll assess, plan, implement and evaluate adult and geriatric nursing care in dynamic, cross‑unit environments.

Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited program, current RN license in the hiring state, 1 year bedside Med/Surg experience (2+ years for ICU), BLS; BSN preferred. Epic exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ICU/other specialties.
• BLS at minimum; additional certifications per unit (ACLS, PALS, NRP) as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, SD, and more.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.
