Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking experienced RNs to join nights and provide care across multiple St. Louis region hospitals. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients within Mercy Hospitals.

Qualified candidates have an RN license, 1 year Med/Surg experience (2 years for ICU/other) and relevant certifications (BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS). A BSN is preferred, with access to sign-on, educational benefits, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or with compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS for Med/Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS & NRP for Women's Health; BLS & ACLS for Critical Care; BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department.
• Physical ability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across Mercy Southeast (Cape Girardeau) and surrounding communities to multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Provide care aligned with nursing standards and participate in continuous learning.
