Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool seeks experienced Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients while rotating through Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU as needed. The role requires an active RN license, 1 year bedside Med/Surg experience (2 years for ICU/other specialties), and BSN preferred with BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Is licensed as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state.
• Experience: 1 year bedside RN for Med/Surg; 2 years for ICU/other specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across multiple hospital units within Mercy Regional Float Pool.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and adapt to varying patient populations.
