Mercy Jefferson and Surrounding Communities are seeking an experienced RN to join the Regional Float Pool, providing care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU at Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.

Requirements include RN licensure, 1 year bedside Med/Surg experience and 2+ years for ICU; BSN preferred. Great benefits, sign-on bonus, shift differentials, tuition assistance, and retirement plans are offered. This role supports night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Support multiple Mercy facilities within the regional footprint as assigned.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
