Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Regional Float Pool to support multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.

This part-time, 24-hour-per-week night-shift role provides the opportunity to work across a range of medical/surgical, telemetry, stepdown and ICU settings with diverse patient populations. Eligible candidates receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus with no contract, day-one medical/vision/dental, retirement benefits with employer match, and tuition reimbursement programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Must have current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum 1-year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ICU/other specialties.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Float across multiple hospital units as needed.
