Mercy’s Regional Float Pool seeks experienced Registered Nurses to support multiple hospitals across the St. Louis region.

This full-time night-shift role offers flexible assignments in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown and ICU, with opportunities to develop across departments and facilities. Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the hiring state; compact licensure acceptable where applicable.
• Minimum bedside RN experience: 1 year for Med/Surg; 2 years for ICU/other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS for Med/Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS + ACLS for Critical Care.
• Ability to stand/walk and assist with patient handling up to 50 pounds.
• Nights shift availability and willingness to float to multiple Mercy facilities.
