Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Regional Float Pool in the Southeast Cape Girardeau area and surrounding communities. This part-time (24 hours/week) night-shift role involves floating to multiple Mercy facilities within the St.

Louis region to deliver comprehensive adult/geriatric nursing care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in accordance with nursing standards, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One year of bedside RN experience required for Med Surg.
• Two years of recent bedside RN experience required for ED, ICU, or other specialties.
• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across Mercy Regional Float Pool facilities in the St. Louis region.
• Participate in flexible, night-shift coverage and support diverse patient populations.
