Mercy is hiring for the Regional Float Pool in the Southeast (Cape Girardeau) and surrounding communities. This part-time role (24 hours/week, nights) supports multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region with opportunities across Med/Surg, Tele, SD, ICU, and more.

Eligible candidates have RN licensure, general bedside experience, and the ability to float to diverse units. Mercy offers a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU/other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS for Med Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care.
