Job summary

Mercy Southeast (Cape Girardeau) and surrounding communities seek an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple facilities during nights, reporting to the regional leadership.

With a $10,000 sign-on bonus, you’ll earn competitive pay plus shift differentials and eligible benefits from day one, plus tuition assistance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• RN license in good standing in hiring state/compact.
• BSN preferred when available.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.

• Provide care to adult/geriatric patients.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and documentation.
