Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool serving the St. Louis region. The role involves working across multiple Mercy facilities with night shifts and a part-time schedule (24 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN licensure in state of hire/compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for other specialties.
• BLS; CC areas require BLS/ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care per standards for adult/geriatric patients.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams across hospital units.
• Maintain competency and participate in continuous learning.
