Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Regional Float Pool, providing bedside care across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, nights, with guidance from nursing standards and the hiring leader. This role offers sign-on, education assistance, stay premium program, 401(k) matching, and opportunities to develop across Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/ Specialty areas.
• BLS; ACLS for Critical Care as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adults/geriatrics.
• Float across multiple Mercy hospitals within the region.
• Collaborate with care teams to provide safe, effective patient care.
