Mercy is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for the Regional Float Pool across multiple St. Louis area facilities. The role is part-time (24 hrs/week) with nights, focusing on adult/geriatric care.

You will assess and plan care, collaborate with care teams, and float to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU and more within the Mercy Perry and surrounding communities. Qualified candidates have an accredited RN program credential, an RN license (state or compact), and BLS (ACLS for CC).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/specialties.
• BLS required for Med/Surg and Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across Mercy regional facilities, supporting multiple units.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in stay premium and other incentive programs as applicable.
