Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool across St. Louis region facilities. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, reporting to hiring leaders upon assignment.

This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on, shift differentials, day-one benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a path from ASN to BSN. Float to Med/Surg, Tele, SD, ICU, and more within Mercy facilities.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg or two+ years for ICU and other specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across multiple hospital units within Mercy regional footprint.
