Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license required in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med-Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• BSN preferred.

• Provide nursing care across multiple units in Mercy's Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
