Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced RNs to join its Regional Float Pool across Mercy Jefferson and surrounding communities. You will provide bedside care for adult/geriatric patients during night shifts, across Med/Surg, Tele, ICU and more. Sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and education support are offered.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
One year of bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
BSN preferred.
BLS for Med Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
Provide care across multiple Mercy facilities and units.
Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Adapt to a dynamic float pool environment and assign to various units as needed.

Education

Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
