Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across Mercy Jefferson and surrounding communities.

This role requires current RN licensure in Missouri or a compact state, and one year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU or other specialties. BSN is preferred. Night shifts with a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ICU and other specialties.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across multiple hospitals within Mercy regional footprint.
• Collaborate with care teams and report to the hiring leader/leadership team.
