Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking experienced registered nurses to provide patient-centered care across Mercy Jefferson and surrounding communities. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adult and geriatric patients while rotating to multiple units during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Active RN license in required state/compact.
• Bedside RN experience: 1 year Med/Surg; 2+ years for ICU/ specialty units.
• Certifications: BLS for Med/Surg; BLS & ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Rotate across Mercy Jefferson and surrounding facilities within regional footprint.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to support adult/geriatric patients.
