Mercy Jefferson and surrounding communities seek an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool. You will provide adult/geriatric nursing care across multiple Mercy facilities with night shifts and a dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license must be current for hiring state (or compact licensure).
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• BLS required for Med/Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS+ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across multiple units within Mercy Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to support patient needs.
