Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool across Mercy Jefferson and surrounding communities. You will provide bedside care, assess and plan for adult/geriatric patients, and rotate through Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown, ICU, and more at partner facilities within the St.

Louis region. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus (no contract), shift differentials, comprehensive benefits from day one, and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Preferred BSN.
• RN licensure in hiring state or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float to multiple hospitals across the St. Louis region.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
