Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool seeks experienced Registered Nurses to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care for adult/geriatric patients across Mercy Jefferson and surrounding communities. Nurses will rotate across Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown and ICU units, providing flexible coverage in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on with no contract, competitive base pay by experience, and per-position shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Preferred Education: BSN.
• Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Report to facilities within Mercy’s regional footprint and collaborate with diverse care teams.
• Float across multiple hospital units including Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown, and ICU to support patient care.
