Job summary

Mercy Jefferson and surrounding communities seek an experienced Registered Nurse to provide adult/geriatric care across multiple facilities within Mercy's Regional Float Pool. Nurses will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care according to standards of practice.

Required: RN license (state or compact), 1 year bedside RN experience (Med/Surg) or 2 years in other specialties; BSN preferred; BLS/ACLS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Active RN license in applicable state or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Report to facilities within Mercy regional footprint as assigned.
• Provide care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU units as needed.
