Mercy’s Regional Float Pool seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care across adult/geriatric populations in multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region. You will move between Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and other units as needed, delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with active RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2 years for ICU or other specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across units as assigned to multiple Mercy facilities.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to meet patient needs.
