Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Regional Float Pool in Missouri. The role supports adult/geriatric patients, float across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU units, and participate in continuous learning.

Requires graduation from an accredited RN program and an active RN license (state or compact). Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered along with education assistance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• License: current RN in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU optional.
• Certifications: BLS for Med Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS, ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across multiple units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure patient-centered care.
